About the program
‘Revive with LTI’ program
This program provides an opportunity for women professionals who have not been in the workforce for a minimum period of two years or more due to child-care, family care, and other life events, to transition back into a professional setting. Participants will go through a 6-month paid program to gain experience back in the workforce
Your day at work will be like
We have openings in different HR verticals:
Business Partner (employee relations, being the go-to person for our people)
Talent Learning & Development (Leadership Development, performance management, management development etc)
People Operations (HR projects, HR systems etc)
This job might be for you if you have the following skills
On a break for more than 2 years
Prior experience in HR vertical [HRBP, L&D and HR projects]
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to set priorities under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key, as well as an ability to deal effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
